We’re now on the lookout for a new Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our social presence across multiple brands and clients. If you're a creative thinker with strong campaign instincts, a love for content ideation, and a passion for analytics then this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute strategic social media plans across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn for both in-house and client projects.
- Plan and manage content calendars that align with marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal period.
- Ideate, write, and post high-performing content (reels, static posts, carousels, stories).
- Work closely with the team to bring creative ideas to life.
- Run, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and follower growth.
- Analyze platform insights and provide monthly performance reports with clear takeaways and recommendations.
- Stay on top of social trends and propose ideas that connect with audiences in culturally relevant ways.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, and collaborators for approvals, content planning, and campaign rollouts.
- Occasionally support on-ground coverage for events, shoots, or campaigns.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency, events, or content-driven environment.
- Is confident creating content strategies tailored for diverse audiences (from local communities to regional travellers).
- Is comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understands how to build social media audiences organically and through paid growth.
- Has strong copywriting skills and a good eye for design and video storytelling.
- Can manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- Is proactive, curious, collaborative, and can work both independently and in a team.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience managing event coverage and live social updates
- Can edit short-form videos for reels/TikToks
- Have managed influencer partnerships or UGC campaigns
- Understand KPIs for different platforms and can recommend media budget splits based on goals
