  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Use LinkedIn and other platforms to find potential candidates.
  • Think creatively to attract career switchers and high-quality candidates.

Interview Scheduling:

  • Arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates and managers.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with promising candidates.

Database Management:

  • Update and maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

  • Some experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is preferred.

Skills:

  • Procient in using recruitment portals and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.

Attitude:

  • A self-starter who can think outside the box and take initiative.
