Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Prepare Month-end closing & financial reporting to local & Corporate HQ in Japan.
- Review financial/payroll/HR procedures and policies to identify process improvements.
- Review and forecast cash flows and support business units on manufacturing cost.
- Support Inventory Stocks Count/Employee Costing Payroll & Leave Calculation.
- Liaise with with Auditors/Tax Consultants/Corporate Secretary.
- Maintain of Fixed Assets record, and develop HR strategies to align with business objective.
- Manage Recruitment/C&B administration including developing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Oversee performance appraisal system, and manage work pass administration.
- Coordinate on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation, and gov surveys submission.
- Support administrative operations and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy/Human Resources/Business or its equivalent
- Certification in ISCA & Human Resources with 5 years relevance experience.
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and statutory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Infor ERP is preferred
