Information:

  • Salary range: U to $9,000 Basic + Transport Allowance
  • Company transport at Boon Lay (To Tuas South)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare Month-end closing & financial reporting to local & Corporate HQ in Japan.
  • Review financial/payroll/HR procedures and policies to identify process improvements.
  • Review and forecast cash flows and support business units on manufacturing cost.
  • Support Inventory Stocks Count/Employee Costing Payroll & Leave Calculation.
  • Liaise with with Auditors/Tax Consultants/Corporate Secretary.
  • Maintain of Fixed Assets record, and develop HR strategies to align with business objective.
  • Manage Recruitment/C&B administration including developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Oversee performance appraisal system, and manage work pass administration.
  • Coordinate on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation, and gov surveys submission.
  • Support administrative operations and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy/Human Resources/Business or its equivalent
  • Certification in ISCA & Human Resources with 5 years relevance experience.
  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and statutory requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Infor ERP is preferred
