  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Evaluation of subcontractor’s progress claims, and variation claims and recommend to team Manager for the interim payment certificates until final account settlement
  • Uploading payment certificates to ERP system
  • Preparation of projected monthly cash flow with progress forecast
  • Review and verify material submittals from Subcontractors and prepare for submittals to Consultants
  • Monitoring of subcontractors’ work progress and schedule
  • Liaise with Clients, Consultants for QS and contract related issues

Job requirements:

  • Degree in Architectural or Civil/Structure Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience in similar role for A1 MNC Construction firm's building project is mandatory
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant site experience in architectural finishes work for building projects is mandatory
  • Knowledge on PSSCOC/FIDIC & understanding of structural & Architectural finsihsing works for building projects
  • Proficient with ERP and BMS (Budget Management System) is essential for this position
  • Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD etc
  • Location: Punggol
  • Project : Sports Centre
