Sales Order Processing:

· Accurately receive, process, and manage sales orders from customers via various channels (phone, email, online).

· Verify order details, pricing, and product availability.

· Enter and maintain accurate sales order data in the company's system.

· Generate and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documents.

· Track order status and provide updates to customers.

· Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Customer Service:

· Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and shipping.

· Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.

· Maintain positive relationships with customers.

Sales Support:

· Assist in administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports and presentations.

· Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.

· Assist with inventory management and stock control.

· Assist with the creation of quotations.

JOB REQUIREMENT

· A minimum of a Diploma in any discipline.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong command of written & verbal English.
