Working mostly with Fortune 500 enterprises, the company partners with some of the largest, most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring innovative solutions to their media library. The Account Manager will manage various clients across the region, and must have strong experience handling client relationships, familiar with Saas business model and a track record in renewals.

The Role:

The Account Manager collaborates with customers and partners across a regional portfolio to help them leverage the benefits of the software to transform their entire business.

  • Develop and Grow Client Relationships: identify and source account growth opportunities, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs to drive further engagement.
  • Serve as the primary lead in managing deals, including creating business cases, negotiating commercial terms, and overseeing final execution to secure renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Proactive Client Health Monitoring using metrics such as usage data, feedback, and engagement. Take early action on accounts showing signs of decline to mitigate risks and ensure long-term retention.
  • Identify potential risks or challenges that could impact client satisfaction or retention, and proactively develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Client Training and Enablement: Assist in client onboarding and ongoing training to ensure clients are maximising the use of the company's products, which supports both retention and growth.
  • Client Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with key clients, presenting them with data-driven insights on how the company's services are delivering value, while identifying new areas for potential growth.

& You:

  • 4-6 years experience in a Saas/ Paas business, particularly in account management
  • Strong track record in renewals, with high client satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of Saas/ Paas business model
  • Experience in managing enterprise client relationships
  • Strong communication skills
