Job Responsibilities
- Research and develop the landside one-key landing function for Quayside Cranes.
- Research and develop the seaside one-key landing function for Quayside Cranes.
- Research and develop automatic control algorithms for Gantry Cranes.
- Conduct research on automatic container control strategies based on the prediction of spreader posture states.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiar with control algorithms such as PID control, adaptive control, system identification, and feedforward algorithms.
- Proficient in C++ programming, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with MATLAB or Python for control and simulation tasks.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix programming is preferred.
- ROS development and experience with laser and vision algorithms are a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as per project requirements.
