  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

1. Act as an expert-level designer, responsible for the technical development and progress of the company's architectural specialty. Design products should represent the company’s standards.

2. Implement and maintain the company’s design quality requirements and norms, enhance the quality management system, and formulate, modify, or improve the technical quality management system.

3. Evaluate project proposals, guide the full implementation of architectural design from concept to construction drawing, ensuring full project management throughout the process.

4. Collaborate effectively with relevant departments, communicate, report, and coordinate with clients independently, leading the team to provide high-quality design services.

5. Participate in the company’s development and market operations within the construction sector, analyzing market demands, tracking project information, and introducing high-quality projects.

6. Perform additional responsibilities as required within the scope of the role.

Requirements

1. Doctorate degree from an overseas university, with outstanding research, innovation, and learning abilities.

2. Strong analytical, summarization, and communication skills.

3. Minimum 36 consecutive months of experience working in internationally recognized enterprises, universities, or research institutions (preferred).

4. Strong proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

5. Sensitivity to trends in the construction industry and insightful views on the development of the industry.

6. Strong communication, coordination, and team leadership skills. Must align with the company’s culture and development strategy.

7. Working Location: China, Shanghai
