Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical development and research of suspension structures.
- Implement and maintain project design, calculation standards, and basic conditions. Coordinate technical issues, organize technical scheme comparisons, and manage the professional schedule.
- Collaborate with professional leaders to address technical problems and guide others in solving complex issues.
- Oversee the quality and progress of projects, conducting comprehensive reviews of drawings and calculations.
- Handle professional design technology disclosure, construction cooperation, project acceptance, and project design summaries.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree from an overseas university, with outstanding research, innovation, and learning abilities.
- Strong analytical, summarization, and communication skills.
- At least 36 consecutive months of experience working in internationally recognized enterprises, universities, or research institutions (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Solid theoretical knowledge of floating body hydrodynamics, mooring, and structural finite element analysis. Proficient in using AWQA, Orcaflex, ANSYS, or similar software for solving practical engineering problems.
- Working Location: China, Shanghai
