Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of building facilities, including ACMV, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities for M&E systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
- Coordinate and monitor work performed by technicians and external contractors.
- Ensure all completed works comply with relevant regulations and quality benchmarks.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep detailed records and reports of maintenance activities.
- Research facility systems and recommend upgrades or improvements to stakeholders.
- Participate in root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions.
