Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of building facilities, including ACMV, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities for M&E systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor work performed by technicians and external contractors.
  • Ensure all completed works comply with relevant regulations and quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Keep detailed records and reports of maintenance activities.
  • Research facility systems and recommend upgrades or improvements to stakeholders.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the installation and upgrading of M&E equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Degree in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
