Accountabilities
- Overall responsibility and accountability for administrative matters relating to the Regional CEO (NEA), Regional CFO (NEA) and the extended NEA team
- Manage and process expense claims for the NEA management team, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions
- Administer and process all invoices for NEA
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the NEA team
- Assist with regional activities and provide administrative support across the broader HR spectrum
- Support RCEO and RCFO with any other regional matters
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
- Proficient in Mandarin to liaise effectively with Chinese stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of accuracy, reliability and personal integrity to uphold confidential information.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments, fostering strong teamwork and cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure and tight timelines well.
- Possess a GCE ‘A’ levels or Diploma in any discipline, preferably HR or a Business-related field
- Prior HR experience would be an advantage
