Purpose

This role will be responsible for the full administrative and planning support for the NEA Office team.

Accountabilities

  • Overall responsibility and accountability for administrative matters relating to the Regional CEO (NEA), Regional CFO (NEA) and the extended NEA team
  • Manage and process expense claims for the NEA management team, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions
  • Administer and process all invoices for NEA
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the NEA team
  • Assist with regional activities and provide administrative support across the broader HR spectrum
  • Support RCEO and RCFO with any other regional matters
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
  • Proficient in Mandarin to liaise effectively with Chinese stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of accuracy, reliability and personal integrity to uphold confidential information.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments, fostering strong teamwork and cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure and tight timelines well.
  • Possess a GCE ‘A’ levels or Diploma in any discipline, preferably HR or a Business-related field
  • Prior HR experience would be an advantage
