  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are on the hunt for a talented and reliable maintenance technician to join our maintenance department. In this position, your chief responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. Your duties will include conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks / activities on various production machinery and plant facility systems.
  • Ensure that all building facilities and equipment like ACMV, pumps, compressor, cooling tower, fire safety equipment and others equipment are running properly and smoothly.
  • Perform onsite rectifications (mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic and electrical issues) or call upon specialist or contractors for the specialized system.
  • Manage and oversee outsourced services contractors to ensure fulfillment of contracts terms and agreement.
  • Organizing and maintaining documents and records.
  • Any ad-hoc work as and when required by supervisor.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
