We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior HR executive to join our organisation. They will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and benefits administration. This role requires a strong ability to manage HR tasks in a start-up environment while maintaining a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational goals.

Office location: Weat, Bona Vista area

Working Hours: Hybrid work mode after probation (1-2days), office hours

HQ in Singapore, assist in managing Malaysia Office and other regions in the near futurer (80-120 pax)

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Systems/ process improvement:
    Review, strategize, and enhance existing HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and alignment with company needs. Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating with recruitment vendors, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. Ensure a seamless integration and positive experience for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
    Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve any conflicts or issues in a timely manner. Provide guidance to both employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management:
    Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
  • HR Projects & Initiatives:
    Assist in the implementation of HR programs and projects that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR preferably has stablized the company or independant thinker.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Possess tenacity, resilience and positive mindset to embrace ambiguity and change
