ICT security specialist(Systems Engineer – Unix)
- Proven experience as a Unix Administrator with a focus on AIX and Red Hat Linux administration.
- Conduct cyber risk assessment in support of technology initiatives to help identify IT related risk and determine appropriate controls to mitigate risks.
- Monitor, track, and manage risk mitigations and exceptions and ensure adequate monitoring capability is incorporated into solutions
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Ansible and shell scripting for automation and system management tasks.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as IBM WAS, JBoss, and MQ is highly desirable.
- Sound knowledge of configuration management and automation tools.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or IBM Certified System Administrator - AIX.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies is a plus.
