Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment processes
- Coordinate and schedule interview sessions with candidates, recruitment agencies, and hiring managers
- Prepare employment agreements for successful candidates
- Update and track hiring status for regular reporting
- Manage the background screening process, flagging discrepancies and ensuring clearance before onboarding
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring smooth transitions
- Set up and coordinate all logistics for first day of new hire onboarding
- Oversee the enrolment of employees in the benefit program
- Maintain an accurate HR database, update employee’s information in HRIS system
HR Support
- Process government claims and ensure timely submission
- Assist in organising internal training sessions, employee engagement activities and organisation chart update
- Administer training registration and maintain training records
- Assist in answering employee queries regarding HR-related matters
- Undertake other HR duties/projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in recruitment support and HR Administration
- Good understanding of local labour laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to details and good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS software (e.g. SuccessFactors) and job boards
