Job Responsibilities:

· Consult with the hiring manager to complete a detailed job specification, fine-tune sourcing strategies, prioritization of roles and agreed timeline for the recruiting process

· Screen and qualify suitable candidates before providing a quality short-list to the hiring manager

· Facilitate arrangement of interviews

· Support hiring manager on face-to-face interviewing (competency-based interviewing)

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, IT or other relevant disciplines.

· At least 3 years of experience in a mix of in-house recruitment and recruiting agency.

· Relevant experience in recruitment within the IT industry is a must, as you are expected to be very familiar with the full spectrum of IT functions, specialities and roles needed in an end-to-end IT solutions, development and architectural environment

· Experience in Volume Hiring.
