We are seeking a dynamic APAC Solutions Consulting Lead to drive our AI transformation efforts across the region. In this high-impact role, you will lead strategic engagements with top-tier retailers and CPGs, showcasing the power of AI to transform operations across the value chain. You will also play a pivotal leadership role by building and managing a high-performing regional solutions consulting team, ensuring consistent excellence in client delivery and presales support.
What You’ll Do:
Client Strategy & AI Transformation
· Lead strategic conversations with C-level executives on how AI reshapes retail operations.
· Conduct discovery workshops to uncover customer challenges and align with SymphonyAI’s capabilities.
· Craft and present compelling transformation strategies for merchandising, supply chain, and store operations.
AI-Powered Retail and Supply Chain Optimisation
· Design, position, and deliver AI-driven solutions for forecasting, replenishment, pricing, promotions, and inventory optimisation.
· Demonstrate tangible business value via live product demos and real-time data analysis.
· Improve customer KPIs like forecast accuracy, margin, waste reduction, and supply chain agility.
Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Design
· Drive the end-to-end presales lifecycle—from discovery to proof-of-concept to value realisation.
· Build ROI-driven business cases that prove SymphonyAI’s impact on top- and bottom-line results.
· Support Sales with tailored solution designs and ensure successful handover to implementation teams.
Team Leadership and Development
· Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing APAC Solutions Consulting team.
· Set regional goals, manage performance, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
· Collaborate globally to share best practices, standardize processes, and align on GTM strategies.
Thought Leadership and Market Influence
· Act as a trusted advisor for retailers and CPG leaders as they adopt AI technologies.
· Represent SymphonyAI at industry events, webinars, and executive briefings.
· Stay ahead of market trends and contribute feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
What You Need:
· Experience: 8+ years in SaaS, retail technology, or consulting for Retail/CPG clients.
· Retail Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge in merchandising, demand forecasting, category management, replenishment, and logistics.
· Executive Presence: Proven track record engaging with senior stakeholders (CEO, COO, SVP level).
· AI & Analytics Acumen: Experience in AI-based forecasting, decision intelligence, and prescriptive analytics.
· Proven Leader: Experience building and managing consulting or presales teams across APAC.
· Strong Communicator: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business impact and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
