Job Description
- Reports to Project Manager.
- Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs.
- Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
- Lead a group of supervisors and ensure site progress is on schedule.
- Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance during project design and construction phases, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Support the management of manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
- For Senior roles, at least 6 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project with at least one completed project cycle. For Engineer, a minimum of 2 years' experience in building engineering project.
- Experience in architectural works will be an advantage.
- Technical competence.
- Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and good team player.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency.
