Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. The ideal candidate will support project managers and teams by handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication, helping to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.
- Organize and attend meetings, taking notes and distributing minutes.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets.
- Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather input.
- Manage project-related administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and procurement.
- Support risk management efforts by identifying issues and escalating as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a project administrative role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP/Scrum certificate is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
