Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue leasing opportunities for the portfolio of properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants and brokers.
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate property showings and conduct presentations to prospective tenants.
- Collaborate with the property management and marketing teams to develop leasing strategies.
- Monitor and report on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on leasing activities and performance.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build contacts and promote company offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.
- Strong understanding of leasing principles and practices.
- Proven track record of closing leasing deals and achieving targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis effectively.
- Proficiency in leasing management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
