- Review contract documents and contractual claims from subcontractors.
- Project budget control, tracking of project costing and implementation of cost control measures.
- Certify payments and evaluate variation claims.
- Prepare subcontract documents, specifications, bills of quantities, questionnaire and other contract documents.
- Resolve contractual claims, finalization of accounts.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to consultants/clients.
- Close final accounts.
- Carry out quantity take-off for project tenders.
- Ensure all contractual matters are fulfilled for project tenders.
- Review and prepare all the contracts from pre-tender to post-contract stages
- Prepare tender and contract documentations, tender analysis and reporting.
- Wide network/knowledge in sourcing quotations for project tenders.
- Evaluate pricing and costing summary.
- Attend site show-round when required.
- Relevant Degree/Diploma, preferably from local tertiary institutions.
- At least 3 years of working experience in main contractors’ firm.
- 5 days work week.
- Experience in contract administration.
- Ability to handle project independently.
- Good working knowledge of contract law, contract negotiation and contract/tender processes.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Familiar in public and private sectors tendering, experience in A&A tenders will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of building condition of contract.
- Experience in M&E field will be added advantage.
- Able to work extended hours to meet tender datelines.
- Good communication skills and a good team player.
