About the role

This is a 1-year contract role based at Labrador Park.

As the Manager, Partnership and Engagement, you will play a critical role in managing and developing strategic partnerships to drive the company's engagement initiatives within the ICT industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders in managing engagement requests
  • Work with internal stakeholders in preparing engagement assessments and meeting briefs for Management’s review
  • Ensure engagements are logged and follow up actions are promptly closed up
  • Assist in compiling and collating supplier data for analysis and submissions
  • Perform research on ICT industry landscape
  • Other support activities required from time to time

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information / Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement in the ICT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimise partnership performance
  • Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Technical Skillsets:

  • Familiar with any commercial CRM systems
  • Familiar with any data analytical tools, preferably in Tableau
