Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise around 15 to 25 and ensure they provide quality cleaning service at clients place.
- Perform inspection and ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations island wide e.g. PPT and local regulations.
- Assist in the development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery.
- Plan weekly and monthly roster and work schedule for cleaners.
- Review weekly and monthly cleaning job reports for submission to management.
- Maintain stock of supplies of materials and equipment and implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment.
- Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve cleaning operations.
- Respond to the client's requests and deal with ad hoc challenges.
- Interpret tender specifications and prepare quotations for cleaning operations.
- Assist in negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied.
- Assist in resolving existing contract conflicts Report potential risks on contractual changes to the management.
Job Requirements:
- With at least 3 years of experience in supervising cleaners in cleaning or hospitality industry.
- Training will be provided.
- Must be able to travel for work for inspection.
- Must be able to plan schedule and good at time management.
- Must be able to use computer and work-related software, e.g. excel and e-mail, etc.
- Good Interpersonal, communication and strong leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- 5-day work week and required to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (if needed).
- We are open for locals and work pass holders.
