Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth and market expansion in the Oil & Gas, Paper, Wastewater, and Mining industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in organic chemicals or polymers and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Paper, Wastewater, and Mining industries.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and sales plans to expand market share.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and positioning.
  • Work with clients to offer tailored solutions based on their specific industry needs.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
  • Understand market demand, customer needs, and industry trends to drive sales.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and support to customers.
  • Develop a customer-focused mindset, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the R&D and technical team to ensure product-market fit.
  • Create and oversee promotional campaigns, product positioning, and branding efforts.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales strategies to optimize results.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, R&D, and finance teams.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of organic chemicals or polymers.
  • Proven track record in sales, revenue growth, and business development.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas, Paper, Wastewater, or Mining industry is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of market demand, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Ability to analyze market competition and position products effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and in a team.
