  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Role

  • Act as a trusted advisor between IT and business teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities for tech-driven improvements.
  • Lead and support projects related to system upgrades, integrations, and process automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through better use of ERP systems, workflow automation tools (RPA/BPM), and data analytics.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI to support business decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal and external IT resources to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Manage documentation, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Monitor key metrics, identify areas of improvement, and propose system or process changes accordingly.

Your Profile:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in IT business analysis, system support, or process improvement roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (any major platform), SQL, and Power BI.
  • Exposure to workflow automation, RPA, or BPM tools is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting system integrations or upgrades.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for streamlining processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability.
