Job Responsibility:
- Schedule the allocated resources to carry out the necessary maintenance activities to meet KPI targets.
- Ensuring the in-stock parts quantity are sufficient and kept to ideal levels by monitoring spare parts consumption and replenishing stocks when low by raising purchase requisitions.
- Sustaining and improving safety in the work area by ensuring the workplace and practices complies with safety requirements, while identifying and implementing safety improvements.
- Identify, propose, implement, and/or support improvement projects such as 5S, installation of new machines, machines shifting, overhauling or upgrading for improved machine performance / ease of maintenance.
- Liase and coordinate with vendors and partners

- To prepare reports and monitor maintenance performance
- Ensuring that the servicing and maintainance of the machines by corrective or preventive maintenance are carried out effectively and as per plan.
- Lead a team of technicians to troubleshoot, analyze issues, resolve equipment breakdown safely and identify the root cause to prevent recurrence.

Job Requirements
- Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in working with PLC systems, inverter, servos, AC/DC motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Able to understand and interpret drawings or schematic diagrams
- Experienced with team and vendor management
- Experienced with safety and government regulations
