  • Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and one or more Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
