Our client is a major player in the Maritime industry, looking to expand their creative design team with an addition of a Marketing Strategy Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing marketing campaigns content development requests by identifying the goals and developing tailored strategies to support their objectives.
- Creating and maintaining a detailed campaign calendar, implementing and supporting project teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively
- Tracking the progress to ensure campaigns are completed within the agreed timeline.
- Setting performance expectations for each campaign.
- Measuring actual outcomes, identifying any gaps or shortfalls, and adjusting strategies accordingly to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
- Recognizing the needs of business owners and customers and giving ideas of efficient campaign deliverables.
- Discussing and directing design teams to deliver deliverables, wording and writing structure tailored to the specific needs of each project and brand guideline.
- Completing marketing campaign contents by giving copywriting and sanity check to make them compelling and persuasive, tailored to various marketing channels, with choice of words, tone and message clarity to drive engagement effectively along with brand guideline
Job Requirements:
- Possesses a Degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing campaigns, preferably within the shipping industry and digital contexts, with at least 2 years in copywriting
- Proven experience in planning and executing full-cycle marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of market trends, audience segmentation, and strategy development for digital products
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and direct the creation of campaign materials for external audiences. Hands-on design skills will be an advantage.
- Strong analysis and strategy planning skills with the ability to assess current vs. ideal project states and formulating strategic plans to bridge the gap
- Ability to craft compelling content and articulate marketing and change management goals to influence stakeholders and users
