This newly created role is integral to ensuring a seamless travel and visa experience for corporate travellers across global markets.

As a vital liaison between internal stakeholders and service providers, you’ll play a critical role in managing escalations, documentation workflows, and closing the loop on key processes. You don’t need to be a visa or immigration expert—but you must be confident, articulate, calm under pressure, and ready to take initiative.

Location: Singapore (On-site: 2 days with client, 3 days at office)

Start Date: 1st June or earlier

Eligibility: Must be a Singaporean resident (no EP/SP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for escalations and visa-related queries, ensuring they are directed and resolved appropriately.
  • Liaise with internal teams to obtain necessary corporate documentation for visa and travel processing.
  • Coordinate original signature and notarization processes for China-based visa applications.
  • Ensure group travel processes are initiated and completed in collaboration with external specialists.
  • Support the stamping and management of letters under the China Company Chop & Notarization Process.
  • Monitor progress and ensure all travel documentation workflows are closed out in a timely manner.
  • Work closely and in-person with key client contacts at their Singapore office.
  • Be adaptable and ready to tackle new challenges in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Maintain professionalism and a client-first mindset at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—must be confident, clear, and composed in interactions.
  • Proven client-facing experience in a corporate or fast-paced service environment.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills; detail-oriented and solutions-focused.
  • Able to think critically and adapt quickly when faced with new or unexpected challenges.
  • Must be based in Singapore with valid right to work (no EP/SP holders).
  • Language: English essential; Mandarin or Hindi highly advantageous due to market scope.
  • Experience with visa, immigration, or business travel services is a plus but not required.
  • Must be a team player.

Working Conditions:

  • On-site role: 2 days at client location, 3 days at company office in Singapore.
  • Core working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with some flexibility based on workload and coordination needs.
