As an Assistant Content Manager, you will take charge of developing impactful messaging and storylines while leading a team of content specialists. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of messaging and storylines for events, exhibitions, galleries and museums.
  • Conceptualise story ideas and develop contextual writing based on client-provided resources.
  • Oversee and refine communication materials such as copy, scripts, storyboards and key frames.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison to ensure communication messages are aligned across various media.
  • Manage an organised system for project tracking and adherence of deadlines.
  • Collaborate with and guide client servicing teams, writers, designers, curators, historians and producers to deliver high-quality content.

Requirements:

  • Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism or a copy-based creative field.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in writing, editing and proofreading in English, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and/or personal interest in graphic design, video, multimedia and/or Singapore’s heritage are a plus.
