Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units, to understand and analyze their needs, develop and implement IT strategies and solutions.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including local servers, network equipment, storage equipment, as well as local computer room and weak room maintenance and renovation projects.
- Solve IT problems and failures encountered by employees, and provide regular technical support and training. Ensure employees can use IT equipment and applications smoothly.
- Responsible for managing and backing up company data to ensure data security, integrity and reliability. Manage and evaluate backup solutions to ensure data recovery capability.
- Responsible for local GMP system (EMC), maintaining the system according to GMP procedures such as changes, deviations and CAPA. Cooperate with QA department to conduct risk assessment of local IT facilities and systems.
- Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of software and IT services required by the company, including office software, security software and other applications. Manage software licenses and updates. Coordinate with users and IT departments to complete bidding and procurement processes.
- Coordinate and manage third-party personnel responsible for onsite operations and maintenance, including VIP support, user terminal and lab instrument support, and on-site support for major conferences.
- Manage and monitor IT projects within the company to ensure that the projects are completed within the specified time and with high quality.
- Responsible for IT budget planning and management. Ensure the delivery of high quality and efficient IT services and solutions within a reasonable budget.
- Collaborate with other regional and global IT teams, to share best practices and resources.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems, to improve and support business processes.
- Familiar with agile deliver IT solutions in BI, Data analytics, M 365, etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of related working experience, especially GMP warehouse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good communication and coordination skills, clear logical thinking, and resource integration ability. With project management experience, able to lead the project to the successful go-live
- Familiar with IT daily operation and maintenance management, including infrastructure, software system and onsite support
- Familiar with GMP process, understand GMP process such as change, deviation and CAPA, and have experience in GMP system operation and maintenance. Familiar with QA systems like MasterControl and Trackwise
- Ability to program development with main stream development language like VBA, Java, .Net or Python is a plus
