Responsibilities
- As a Digital Tool Champion (Gen AI, etc.) or QlikView/Qlik Sense Developer to support launch and implementation of SFS products and service/data offerings on a regional aspect;
- Understand, interpret and execute new SFS service offerings/policies into strategic and effective operational process(s);
- Support design of standard and customised solutions within SFS product suite;
- Coordinate with business users/stakeholders to gather necessary elements for successful implementation of SFS initiative(s);
- Design and develop dashboards and analytics in QlikView/Qlik Sense for data and reporting;
- Develop dashboards with detail drilldowns, threshold gauges, alerting mechanisms and populate report;
- Ensure documentation of processes, analytics design, measure definitions, data integration, and development;
- Be responsible for test planning, creation, execution (i.e. UAT), defects management and regular status reporting;
- Perform deployment for dashboards or backend data related new build or change requests;
- Provide post-production support (i.e. manage and report on initiative activities and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of initiative to key stakeholders);
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities;
- Support continuous training for any SFS initiative(s) or developments.
