What will you do?



To develop existing high potential salon partners and support channel expansion (retail and salon). Recover SG business through data driven organization and salon digitalization.

You Are Expected To Manage The Following

  • Manage day to day, and develop existing potential LP only accounts, maximize market share and increase salon productivity.
  • To conduct Joint business planning with the accounts for growth and acceleration.
  • Identify/ follow through high profile competition salons to acquire quarterly basis. To maintain strong rapport on business opportunities and set up as a competition panel to always understand competition activities and gain market insights.
  • To support and work closely with Omni Retail Manager on Selective/ Prosumer store execution.
  • To support on Retail Excellence:
    • ⁃ BA retail audit
    • ⁃ In store merchandising
    • ⁃ Consumer activation campaign
    • Working closely with data team to support efficient data driven organization
    • Key lead for LPS roll out in SG, adoption, and field execution.
    • Be involve in SG forward business planning, supported with data and market insights

    Who are we looking for?

    • Diploma in Business (any field) preferably
    • Min 2 year in B2B commercial
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Strong communication skills
    • Energetic and able to travel intensively
    • Analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
