Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop production plans and schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels
  • Ensure that production deadlines are met, and prioritize parts according to urgency and resources available
  • Work closely with materials planning to ensure that all necessary materials and components are available for production
  • Communicate production schedules, identify any issues or delays in the production process
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods
  • Adjust production schedules based on changes in demand or customer orders
  • Communicate with customers on delivery commit and provide advance notification on any potential shipment misses.
  • Expedite shop-floor activities to manage cell planning and production schedules to support on-time delivery to customer
  • Monitor and manage input/output and WIP based on demand to achieve optimum inventory levels with maximum performance, minimum overdue and delay
  • Close coordination with inter-departments to resolve planning/scheduling/shipment related issues

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of experience
  • Minimum degree in any field
