Job Responsibilities:
- Develop production plans and schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels
- Ensure that production deadlines are met, and prioritize parts according to urgency and resources available
- Work closely with materials planning to ensure that all necessary materials and components are available for production
- Communicate production schedules, identify any issues or delays in the production process
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods
- Adjust production schedules based on changes in demand or customer orders
- Communicate with customers on delivery commit and provide advance notification on any potential shipment misses.
- Expedite shop-floor activities to manage cell planning and production schedules to support on-time delivery to customer
- Monitor and manage input/output and WIP based on demand to achieve optimum inventory levels with maximum performance, minimum overdue and delay
- Close coordination with inter-departments to resolve planning/scheduling/shipment related issues
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience
- Minimum degree in any field
