Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing campaign content development requests by identifying the goals of ONE’s business owners and developing tailored strategies to support their objectives.
  • Create and maintain a detailed campaign calendar, implement and support project teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and track the progress to ensure campaigns are completed within the agreed timeline.
  • Set performance expectations for each campaign. Measure actual outcomes, identify any gaps or shortfalls, and adjust strategies accordingly to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
  • Recognize the needs of business owners and customers, and give ideas of efficient campaign deliverables
  • Discuss and direct design teams to deliver appropriate deliverables with appropriate wording and writing structure tailored to the specific needs of each project and ONE’s brand guideline
  • Complete marketing campaign contents by giving copywriting and sanity check to make them compelling and persuasive, tailored to various marketing channels, with choice of words, tone and message clarity to drive engagement effectively along with ONE's brand guideline
  • Support in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Design, Change Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or any related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing campaigns, preferably within the shipping industry and digital contexts
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in copywriting
  • Proven experience in planning and executing full-cycle marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of market trends, audience segmentation, and strategy development for digital products
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and direct the creation of campaign materials for external audiences. Hands-on design skills will be an advantage
  • Strong analysis and strategy planning skills with the ability to assess current vs. ideal project states and formulating strategic plans to bridge the gap
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to craft compelling content and articulate marketing and change management goals to influence stakeholders and users
