  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, changes, cancellations, and billing-related inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using internal CRM system
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve services, and customer experience.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.

Who we are looking for:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Candidates with 0–2 years of working experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
