
Senior Sales Operations Analyst [APAC]
Job Highlights:
- 12-Months Contract (Renewable/Convertible)
- Up to $6,300 + 1-month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be a key enabler—translating data into insights and turning challenges into opportunities through impactful analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible to drive commercial excellence and sales growth across APAC region.
- Act as the regional data expert—delivering business insights, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with sales and pricing teams to identify pain points and translate them into reporting solutions using Salesforce (SFDC) and Power BI.
- Build and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and sales metrics to monitor pipeline health and drive actionable insights.
- Extract and prepare ad hoc data sets using SQL to support leadership and sales needs with speed and accuracy.
- Drive efficiency by integrating systems across departments and centralizing analytics tools.
- Support CRM rollouts and improve adoption through data-driven insights on customer journeys, sales performance, and forecasting
- Partner with global sales ops, integration teams, and other functions to meet APJ timelines and requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Sales Analysis or equivalent
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills; solid proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python.
- Self-starter comfortable working in fast-paced environments and across cultures.
