- Continuously finds means and ways to improve the products in a most cost-effective approach
- Utilise data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitoring key metrics and user feedback to iterate and enhance product offerings
- Work effectively with cross-functional development teams and business stakeholders to deliver an end-to-end fully functional product that achieves business outcomes.
- Identify and implement industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve product effectiveness and efficiency
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team and encourage creative problem-solving approaches.
- More than 6 years of relevant experience as a Senior Product Manager or Senior Programme Manager.
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking for product implementation and growth.
- Experience with web-based and business process software systems implementation.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual or with a team to understand and interpret requirements leading to technical implementation.
- Able to engage stakeholders and manage their expectations.
- Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task and to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
- Experience in Agile methodology and UX development environment
- Knowledge of data analytics and experience working in an agile environment are bonuses
- Experience with focus group and workshop facilitation
- Experience with agile tools like Figma, Miro and JIRA
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional are bonuses
- Experience or involvement in modernization projects, including transitioning legacy systems to modern platforms, will be a significant advantage.
