Job Summary

A Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of warehouse activities and involve in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily operations of warehouse such as material receiving, storing, distributing, weighing, and inventory check to under standard operation procedure. And ensure that all activities comply with cGMP and the company's quality, compliance and EHS policies.
  • Implement 6S management of warehouse site and can achieve continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for the daily safety inspection of the reservoir area.
  • Cooperate with relevant departments to conduct quality incident investigation.
  • Complete the temporary work assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above, with at least 2 years of related working experience, GMP knowledge preferred
  • Excellent learning ability and adaptability, able to think proactively and self-motivated.
  • Good service awareness and team spirit, able to respond to the needs of internal customers quickly.
  • Major in medicine or logistics is preferred.
