As they grow their network of care providers and support teams, they would like to identify a dynamic and detail-oriented M&A Senior Associate to join their team and play a pivotal role in executing mergers and acquisitions, from initial evaluation to integration. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing strategic insights and driving growth initiatives.
What you will do
Transaction Execution
- Conduct research on industry, competitive landscape, business models
- Perform or support due diligence for new investments, including working with financial/legal advisors
- Transaction structuring and negotiations
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modelling to support valuation
- Prepare investment decks for board approval
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the M&A are successfully completed
Asset monitoring / reporting
- Work with portfolio companies on performance tracking
- Updating of financial models for annual budgeting
- Prepare regular updates on portfolio companies’ performance
What you should have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional Degree in Finance/Accounting
- 3 to 5 years of working experience with investment and consulting companies.
- Good Financial modeling and analysis skill
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, preferably with healthcare investment experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Team player with successful track record in partnering with diverse stakeholders across different cultures and seniority
