REPORT TO: Senior Regional Manager - Administrative & Accounting and Regional Director, ASEAN
Scope of Responsibilities:
The ASEAN Accounting and Administrative Specialist (ACCT) will have the general responsibility of carrying out the USMEF accounting, financial & administrative work in ASEAN. The ACCT will report to the ASEAN Senior Regional Manager - Administrative & Accounting (SRMAA) in Singapore. The ACCT will also assist the SRMAA in accounting, administrative and related duties
Accounting
- Keep financial records and accounts for the ASEAN Office.
- Manage records for ASEAN offices in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
- Train and ensure compliance with accounting guidelines.
- Prepare expense reports and budgets.
- Work with suppliers, negotiate purchases, and manage contracts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and report any issues.
- Oversee staff documentation and prepare financial reports.
Administration
- Organize and maintain office records.
- Assist with budgeting for office resources.
- Manage inventory of promotional materials.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Arrange appointments and logistics for visitors.
- Handle general office tasks as needed.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling the full set of accounts preferred.
- Required knowledge of consolidation and are able to work independently
- Reliable, professional in manner and appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a willingness to assume increased responsibilities as his/her tenure lengthens

Working location: Jurong East (100% onsite role)
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary budget: SGD 4000 - SGD 4500 (depends on experience) + performance bonus
