As part of Keyrus’ solution delivery, we are also in a position to recruit and place technical consultants to complement on existing client projects with their expertise. As such, we seek innovative and agile people to support ambitious and forthcoming technological challenges.

We are seeking a strong Application Production Support in Singapore to join and support our client's team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Shift & Availability

  • Participate in shift rota (from 6:30am), bank holiday, and occasional weekend work (e.g. DR drills, major releases).

Incident & Problem Management

  • Own and manage P1/P2 incidents end-to-end.
  • Lead task forces for critical issues; perform root cause analysis.
  • Liaise with users, stakeholders, and support teams.

Monitoring & Production Support

  • Maintain 99.9% uptime across eRates platforms.
  • Monitor and support APAC trading apps (Forward Pricer, Tradeweb, Bloomberg, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot technical/functional issues; support traders.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Maintain support wiki and knowledge base.
  • Ensure global team training, especially post-release.
  • Daily handovers to Follow-the-Sun teams.

Service Improvement

  • Improve logging, automate incident detection/recovery.
  • Reduce manual support tasks using scheduling/monitoring tools.

Maintenance & Release Management

  • Validate, coordinate, and monitor releases.
  • Share release notes and ensure post-deployment stability.

Project & Task Ownership

  • Gather and clarify user requirements; coordinate delivery.
  • Manage client onboarding and certify go-live.
  • Support infra changes (DB/MQ migrations); handle related projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of application support experience
  • Good business knowledge of Rates business and electronic trading principles
  • Strong SQL: PL/SQL , Oracle
  • Knowledge of using Windows and Unix commands
  • Development : Excel macro and VBA is a must. Python, C++, java is a plus
  • Monitoring: Autosys, Geneos
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL processes
