Job Descriptions

Financial, HR and admin duties include:

· Prepare financial report for monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidation reporting

· Prepare management analysis and commentary on financial performance

· Preparing and handle full set of accounts, including AR & AP function

· Prepare quarterly GST submission and annually corporate tax submission

· Prepare long and short-term cash flow projection and monitoring

· Prepare expenditure variance analysis and monitoring

· Process sales orders and invoices

· Handle HR-related matters

· Liaise with external auditors & tax agent pertaining to statutory audit and corporate tax filing

· Liaise with company secretary, bankers, local authorities and other relevant parties pertaining to finance, account and business-related matters

· Other business-related duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the superior as necessary

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.

· Strong leadership and initiative, meticulous and analytical

· Able to perform the full spectrum of finance, HR and admin duties independently

· Able to manage stress and meet necessary deadline

· Self motivated

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel

· Able to speak & read Chinese
