  • Assist with engagement/wellness activities for Corporate Office team members
  • Assist and support in People and Culture projects and events planning
  • Update People and Culture collaterals (recruitment, onboarding, handbooks)
  • Assist in LinkedIn recruitment and branding projects
  • Assist in drafting content for Internal Newsletter
  • Assist Learning and Development team in updating training materials for all operating hotels
  • Research on Learning and Development trends and best practices in hospitality industry
  • Coordinate with properties Learning & Development teams in new training initiatives and collecting data for analysis
  • Assist in consolidating monthly report
  • From time to time, you may be asked to undertake duties that are not included in this job description

Qualifications:

  • Student pursuing Degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Preferably with internship or previous experience in hotel operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good in analytical skills and has an eye for detail
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and expose to new and different challenges
  • Possess good work attitude and highly self-motivated

Please note:

  • Internship Duration: 4 - 6 months
  • Intenrship commencement: Jul/Aug onwards
