- Handle sales inquiries and provide professional assistance to clients.
- Manage 2 to 4 projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Understand homeowners' requirements and develop design proposals and mood boards.
- Create 2D spatial plan layouts tailored to client needs.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) quotations.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in HDB/Condo construction.
- Effectively communicate with clients and vendors to address client requirements.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure full project completion onsite.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain high-quality work standards during onsite deliveries.
- Accompany clients to designated vendors for material, accessory, and furniture selections as required.
- Work closely with in-house drafters and the 3D design team.
- Conduct research and source reference materials to ensure materials and products are fit for purpose.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong skills in space planning, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
