  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Manage 2 to 4 projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Understand homeowners' requirements and develop design proposals and mood boards.
  • Create 2D spatial plan layouts tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) quotations.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in HDB/Condo construction.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and vendors to address client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure full project completion onsite.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain high-quality work standards during onsite deliveries.
  • Accompany clients to designated vendors for material, accessory, and furniture selections as required.
  • Work closely with in-house drafters and the 3D design team.
  • Conduct research and source reference materials to ensure materials and products are fit for purpose.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong skills in space planning, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
