  • Establish and nurture relationships with new customers to explore fresh business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating the CRM system with supplier information, business leads, and follow-up details.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on activities, targets, and performance in the Business Development Group Chat and CRM system.
