- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns and budgets across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Strategically plan and allocate budgets for each campaign and channel to maximize ROI
- Conceptualize & develop compiling content for digital campaigns including posts, videos, images, and infographics.
- Oversee daily digital marketing and social media operations, including project management, creative development, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
- Analyze post-campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion rates, CTR, CPC, CPA,ROI etc.
- Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track performance and optimize future campaigns
- Partnership with KOLs, content creators & partners to plan, exbuild awareness & live streaming initiatives .
- Plan, execute, and manage live-streaming content to promote products/services, interact with audiences, and drive sales.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with sales objectives
- Conceptualise , plan, shoot, and edit high video content and photographs
- Handle day-to-day activities related to all digital marketing & social media initiatives, including project management, creative development, campaign tracking, and reporting.

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder in Marketing/ Marcom/ Sales & Marketing / Ecommerce or related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related role.
- Experience managing social media platforms and engaging with customers
- Proficiency to use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEO, social media insights, and other web analytics platforms.to track performance and optimize future campaigns.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta and CRM software.
- Experience in A/B testing and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Creative, innovative, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of teamwork.
