Responsibilities
Leader for our Lead Logistics Partner (LLP) practice in APAC and key partner within the global LLP team focusing on business growth. Provides strategic oversight for our largest LLP customers focusing specifically on account growth and expansion of service offerings both domestically and internationally to intentionally grow our footprint with internal customers. Also, responsible for continuous innovation and development of this AGS to strengthen value proposition and product offering in APAC region.
- Provide leadership for all LLP accounts and services offerings within relevant customer accounts.
- Growth-minded orientation to develop new business opportunities in APAC region for LLP, including Service Logistics (SL) LLP. Close collaboration with country 3PL, SL and SL LLP organizations to pursue sales opportunities.
- Provide guidance, coaching and development to ensure all indirect and direct reporting teams are set up for success
- Oversee new solution or product development projects as it relates to service offerings within the LLP customer base.
- The primary conduit into the Global LLP framework to ensure new solutions and products are coordinate and make an impact for APAC.
- Work closely with Business Development and the customer, acts as key business resource in definition of solutions.
- Ensure the mindset of growth is imbedded within our LLP customer base, striving to intentionally grow our service offerings both domestically and internationally which can include integrating both Warehousing and Fleet operations into the exiting business.
- Lead the continuous improvement and technology innovation around all LLP service offerings
Requirements
- Over 15 years of experience in logistics, especially LLP and freight management
- Strong business development experience and acumen
- Strong analytical capabilities; able to review customer needs and develop solution offerings with the support from business development and solution design
- Familiar with LLP operations and how OTM is deployed and can use practices / processes to develop a viable concept of operations
- Financial acumen and understanding of business driver
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and to establish and manage own work schedule / weekly activity
