Primary Objective(s) of Position

  • Provide secretarial support in all administrative, organizational and managerial aspects to the Directors and departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Type, format, and proofread letters, memos, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications.
  • Coordinate schedule of meetings and appointments.
  • Screen director’s incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Prepare credit terms application and suppliers agreement.
  • Book air-tickets, hotel accommodation and transportation.
  • Maintain and update filing system.
  • Distribute daily mail for departments and arrange for dispatch of outcoming mail.
  • Fulfil any other tasks as and when assigned by Directors.

Person Specifications

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in supporting Senior Management roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good telephone etiquette and public relations skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
