We are looking for a Project Coordinator(Plastic Moulding) to support our project teams in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and an excellent communicator to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage plastic mould projects from initial design to final production.
- Liaise closely with design, machining, and quality assurance departments to ensure smooth project flow.
- Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of moulds.
- Handle customer enquiries, technical feedback, and implement change requests when necessary.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and assist in internal and client project meetings.
- Follow up on mould testing (T0/T1), modifications, and delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge of the plastic moulding industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills, with a proactive and responsible approach to project ownership.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Indonesia) is advantageous
